THE PROCESS
STEP 1 – WE CHECK YOUR AREA
Most of our links on our site will take you to the signing up process, which starts with a map check first. We check your area to make sure you are within our service area. We need to keep our routes tight so that we can service our customers efficiently and effectively.
STEP 2 – PROVIDE YOUR DETAILS
Once we have determined you are in our area, you can provide us with your information. Things like, how many bins do you have? How often do you want us to come out? Along with when is your pick up day and approximate time. You will also create an account and complete checkout at this step.
STEP 3 – WE SCHEDULE / ROUTE
After we have all of your information, our routing team will work on getting you into one of our routes. New customers will typically get scheduled within a week or two. In rare cases you may be added to a route that is further out in the month depending on your location and when you signed up, but that is less common.
STEP 4 – WE ARRIVE AND CLEAN!
The day before your cleaning day, we will send an email reminder. The day of your cleaning you will receive a text message reminder. When we arrive, we will take your bins and run them through our equipment. We will wash, sanitized, disinfect, and dry the outside of your bins. Once completed, we will wheel them back up to your home and tag them indicating we completed the job.
